Samantha Villasenor

Samantha Villasenor is a provider and educator of Iboga medicine. She focuses on helping people understand the depth of healing that can take place not only through Iboga itself, but through the teachings of the Bwete tradition.

Her work explores why the Western world continues to struggle with rising mental health challenges and addiction despite the modern psychological models and methodologies.

Over the past year, she has spent time supporting Moughenda’s village in Gabon, deepening her understanding of Bwete and the importance of tradition, responsibility, and safety in plant medicine work.

At the Iboga Leadership Summit, she will speak on healing beyond symptom relief, reducing stigma around plant medicine, and the value of traditional wisdom in guiding responsible practice.
