About us
Who we are
The Iboga Leadership Summit is organized by Moughenda Village, an initiative rooted in the Bwiti tradition of Gabon.
Moughenda Village exists to support an authentic and respectful relationship with Bwiti and Iboga, in continuity with traditional transmission, while making this tradition understandable beyond its place of origin.
This page explains who is behind the summit and the intention guiding this work.

Moughenda Village
Moughenda Village is a long-term initiative based in Gabon, developed in direct relationship with the Bwiti tradition.

Why we summit
Interest in Iboga has expanded internationally, often disconnected from its cultural and spiritual roots.
This summit was created to restore context, understanding, and continuity by bringing together people directly connected to the Bwiti tradition and those seeking a serious, grounded approach.
Our position
This summit aims to gather people around an authentic approach to the Bwiti tradition and to help it reach those who truly need it, wherever they are.
The intention is not to adapt or reinterpret Bwiti, but to remain faithful to its foundations while allowing respectful encounters beyond Gabon.
This work is about transmission, continuity, and responsibility.
The legal bit
The Gabon Bwiti Summit is the legal entity responsible for the operational aspects of the events, including ticketing, contracting service providers, and managing logistical and administrative matters related to the summit.
Invitation
This gathering is intended for those approaching Bwiti with sincerity and respect.
Welcome.
